"Ronco delle mele"

The Sauvignon vines are located on the north-west slope of the Cerò hill and the awareness is beginning to mature that this exposure is the ideal site for obtaining wines with a good aromatic imprint.

"Ronco delle Cime"

The vineyard is located in Cime, our highest vineyard; here the hill is steep and characterised by a multitude of microclimates and surrounded by woods.

"Jesera"

The “Jesera” vineyard is located in the area at the bottom of the valley adjacent to the first body of the estate; the study to identify the ideal sites for each vine continues. In this case Pinot Grigio.

"Ronco del cerò"

In 1995, the “Spirito del luogo” wine project took shape with the first production of “Ronco delle Mele” Sauvignon to differentiate it from Ronco del Cerò, which blends the Sauvignon grapes produced in the other vineyards, reaching a total area of 12 hectares.

"Meden"

In Meden, the production of Ribolla Gialla, an ancient Friuli grape variety that represents the passing of the baton from one generation to the next, is increasing.

"Ronco Bernizza"

Covering 5 hectares in the Bernizza locality, on the north-west side of the hill, in the heart of a wooded area rich in biodiversity, the ideal exposure was found for planting Chardonnay vines, in order to give this international grape variety a strong territorial imprint that plays on structure and elegance in the glass.

"Ruttars"

The splendid Ruttars hill, 5 hectares of vineyard overlooking the rolling hills of the Collio with the Julian Prealps in the background, has also arrived at Venica. This hill has the ability to give its wines a perfect mix of freshness and minerality.

We are in a really beautiful location… between the gentle hills of the Collio with the Julian Pre-Alps in the background and at only a short distance from the border with Slovenia.
Within our historic family complex, we offer 6 Rooms and 2 Apartments for a relaxing stay, pleasant moments of conviviality and flavours of our territory.
Our rooms are on the upper floors of a late 19th century country house, where the history of the Venica family had its beginnings and where today the ground floor hosts part of the suggestive Venica & Venica cellar.
We have converted the spaces into cosy modern environments, with an atmosphere that evokes the inns of the past, without however forgoing modern comfort and technology.
A stay where the traditions of the countryside are revived, moments when you can enjoy our wines in the evocative spaces created for you or take the opportunity to visit our historic cellar to discover some of the secrets of our work.
