Our 6 Wine Resort rooms are obtained on the upper floors from a country house dating back to the end of the 19th century, surrounded by the rolling hills of the Collio region and where the history of the Venica family had its beginnings. On the ground floor there is now part of the charming Venica & Venica Winery.
We have transformed the spaces into cosy modern rooms, characterised by different styles, without sacrificing the comfort and technology of today's times.

Apartments
The 2 Apartments of the Venica & Venica Wine Resort are located in our CASA DEL BOSCO, a building at the beginning of a natural forest, where you can walk and experience nature at the change of seasons. Opposite you can enjoy the extraordinary panorama of the rolling hills with their Collio vineyards.
Just a stone's throw from the flats is the swimming pool, ideal for the little ones but also for adults, lawns for playing, tennis courts and spacious relaxation and lounge areas to enjoy our wines from the Venica & Venica Winery.
Ideal are the two porches in front of the two flats where you can spend long evenings outdoors, enjoying a good glass in company and admiring the sunsets.
Quercia Deluxe
2-LEVEL FLAT DELUXE
Flat in a farmhouse close to the swimming pool with private parking.
It consists of a large porch with outdoor furniture and a view of the forest, park and our vineyards.
The ground floor consists of a living room, kitchen with table, large bathroom with complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, shower, WC and bidet.
The upper floor consists of a loft with a double bed and two sofa beds.
The flat includes 2 TV & Sat and Wi-Fi. Only on request prior to arrival, possibility of breakfast at € 15 per person per day, continental type with typical local products in particular ham, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, honeys, cakes and seasonal fruits.

Rovere Deluxe
2-LEVEL FLAT DELUXE
Flat in a farmhouse close to the swimming pool with private parking. It consists of a large porch with outdoor furniture and a view of the forest, park and our vineyards.
The ground floor consists of a living room with fireplace, kitchen with table and bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a second bathroom and two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other double with the possibility of twin beds.
Both bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, shower and WC, the one on the second floor has a bidet in addition.
The flat includes 3 TV & Sat and Wi-Fi. Possibility of adding another bed. Only on request before arrival, possibility of breakfast at € 15 per person per day, continental type with typical local products in particular ham, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, honeys, cakes and seasonal fruits.
