Harvest
Vinification | Aging
The Venetian white wine is the result of a blend of Ribolla Gialla (approx. 20%), Chardonnay and Friulano (approx. 40% for each of the two), where the proportions of the three grape varieties vary depending on the vintage and the sensitivity of the cellar master. The wine is blended in the spring following the harvest; it is then aged for 6 months and finally bottled in the autumn. Further ageing in the bottle follows.

Emotional information
Color
Dazzling in shades of green gold.
Nose
On the nose, the fruit of the Chardonnay (banana, ripe exotic fruit) and the flowers of the Ribolla (especially acacia) with a light note of toasted almond typical of the Friulano are predominant. Overall, the bouquet is delicate and generates pleasant sensations of freshness.
Palate
The palate is consistent with the nose in its fruity and floral references, with even some citric notes and a persistence not too intense on the bitter almond of the Friulano. Fresh, with marked drinkability, medium body and good acidity. Generally balanced in structure and flavours.
