The grapes were picked and de-stemmed on 30th September.
After eight days on the skins one half the wine was transfered into 50hl oak barrels and the other half into stainless steel vats, where the malolactic fermentation took place.
The wine was assembled and bottled at the end of October 2017.
Ruby shade of medium intensity. Balanced and quite soft on the palate with stylish fruit and hints of fresh herbs, medium-bodied with delicate tannins.
Local dishes such as “brovada and muset” red meats, roasts, poultry and medium-aged cheeses.
