Tasting notes

Bouquet has intense aromatics.The aroma profile is very complex with fruity, floral and spicy aromas, such as wild rose petals, anisette (sambuca flowers), fresh bread-crust, vanilla and cotton-candy. Taste is fresh and clean, persistent and shows great harmony among the different flavors. The aromas released by the heat of the mouth into the sinus cavities is rich in high boiling point aromas such as passion fruit, orange peel and lemongrass.
