Tasting notes

This native variety from the Istria Peninsola, has a very complex bouquet with an aroma profile reminiscent of fresh fruity aromas and floral aromas as well as sipcy ones such as: dry flowers, fruit cocktail and spicy notes of black pepper. Taste is very pleasant with fruity jammy flavors, poppy seeds sorrounded by a balanced acidity.
